<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: Average patient census is 10-12</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation:
- Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000
- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service</li> <li>Benefits:

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience required
- VA license
- Family or Internal Medicine trained
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Spanish/English Bilingual preferred</li>
