Locum Tenens Hospitalist Opportunity in Texas Position: Locum - Hospitalist (MD)Location: Texas (Near Sullivan City, TX) Job Description: We are currently seeking a Hospitalist to provide locum tenens coverage in Texas. The assignment starts on October 21, 2023, and will continue until January 31, 2024. The facility is looking for a physician to assist due to a scheduling need. This is a clinical role with no surgical privileges required. Details: Start Date: October 21, 2023 End Date: January 31, 2024 Shift Type: Days (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM) Practice Setting: Inpatient Admissions Required: Yes, if on the admitting team Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes Board Certification: Required Temporary Privileges: Available Active License in TX: Required Average Patients per Shift: Varies by shift Beds in Department: 300 Rounding: Yes, if on the rounding team Avg. Patients They Round On: 18-24 Rounding Hours: 12 hours Call Type: In-House: No, Beeper: No, 2nd Call/Backup: No Avg.
