Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunities located near FRUITLAND, ID

Are you a skilled CRNA seeking an engaging locum tenens opportunity? We have multiple openings available for immediate start after credentialing.

Assignment Details:

Schedule: 5 days a week, with some flexibility for 4-day shifts on occasion.

Call Requirements: Weeknight and weekend call with specific details provided below.
- Weeknight Call: 1900-0700, subsequent to a scheduled shift.
- Weekend Call: 0700-0700 Saturday or Sunday.

Case Mix: Level II Trauma cases (mostly), excluding OB, Burns, CV, Transplant, and Regional Blocks. Only spinal blocks, no regional anesthesia.

Operating Rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus additional specialized units.

EMR: EPIC

Patient Demographics: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric, with the majority being over 12 years old.

Credentialing Process:

DEA and CSR Required

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.

Required Documentation for Credentialing:

MD diploma

Internship/residency/fellowship certificates

All medical licenses

Board Certification

BLS Certification

Certificates of insurance (current and previous)

Driverâ€™s license

Professional color photo/headshot

CMEs for the past 2 years

Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID)
