Our client is seeking a talented and professional PMHNP. This role is with a Non-Profit Hospital in Beautiful Northern Kentucky. Must have experience with Pediatric Behavioral Health. Must possess PMHNP license, DEA eligible, and is eligible to get licensed in the state of Kentucky.

Responsibilities of the PMHNP:

• Provides direct patient care within the scope of psychiatry


• Both inpatient and outpatient


• 30% psychotherapy/counseling, and 70% medication management.   Must treat ages 5 and up.


• Uses current evidence-based guidelines in creating diagnostic and treatment plans; utilizing tools such as “Up to Date”.  

Requirements of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:

• Experience with behavioral health at least 1 year with adolescents


• Current KY licnese or eligible to obtain it
