Brewer, Maine: We invite a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a large, well-established outpatient primary care practice within a leading FQHC/community health center system. This is your opportunity to practice in a fully integrated, team-based medical home while building long-term relationships with patients in a highly accessible, well-supported setting.

This busy, progressive multispecialty practice offers a full range of onsite services including clinical pharmacy, care management, behavioral health, recovery services, and laboratory, allowing physicians to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care under one roof. The model supports efficiency, access, and continuity, with strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the care team.

Located directly across the Penobscot River from Bangor, Brewer offers immediate access to the region’s primary medical, commercial, and cultural hub while maintaining a convenient, community-oriented setting. The University of Maine campus (in nearby Orono) adds academic and cultural opportunities just minutes away.

The organization employs nearly 1,000 people, including more than 200 clinical providers, across multiple practice sites and service locations. Position Highlights
•  Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and build your own all-ages patient panel
•  Develop long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-based setting
•  Practice in a modern, fully integrated medical home with strong onsite resources and coordinated team support
•  Practice alongside an experienced team focused on continuity, access, and quality outcomes
•  Full-time (40 hours, 34 patient contact hours/week)
•  Flexible schedule: choice of 4 or 5 days/week
•  Shared family medicine call averages just one week per year
