Our client, an established, well-managed ,and growing FQHC with multiple clinics in Northwest Indiana, seeks Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners for several of their locations. All of their clinics are within an hour of downtown Chicago and some are as close as 30 miles. This employer offers excellent work/life balance and flexible scheduling options. Up to $135K base salary plus productivity incentives. Outpatient only. 4 or 5-day schedule. Full time, permanent, FQHC employee. Loan repayment assistance. Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement.
