Description
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Pediatric Hospitalist Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours 50 miles west of Charleston. Coverage is needed August 2024 and ongoing.
Qualifications:
License requirements: SC and DEA
Certification requirements: BC Pediatrics
Any additional requirements specific to job: PALS, NRP + COVID vaccination
Job Summary:
Shift times: 7a - 7p with 12-hour night call out of hospital, return only for emergencies & respond to ER telephone consults. 30 min response time if called back.
Coverage Model: one physician, No APC
Patient Volume: during the day = 0 - 4 (95% newborns)
Additional details: Must be comfortable w/ NRP- intubation, umbilical lines.
Additional Details: Attending C-sections is required
