Qualifications:

License requirements: TX and DEA 
Certification requirements: ABEM or AOBEM trained, BE/BC
Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) if BE-Current ATLS, ACLS and PALS are required or if BC-ACLS and PALS required to be current, ATLS can be expired but will need a copy of the card.

Shift times: 7a-7p; 7p-7a

Coverage Model: Physician and APP

Patient Volume: 23,000 annually, per day-22
Additional details: Trauma Level: 4 
Additional Details: NPPA Shifts Times: 11a to 9p
EMR: PICIS
