Rates: $210/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: May 10, 2026.
Contract Length: Ongoing.
Schedule: Standard 7-on/7-off rotation (14–15 shifts per month).
Shift Times: 12-hour shifts (Primarily 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; some 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
Support: 1 of 3 physicians on overnight; supported by Practice and Office Managers.
Procedures: No procedures required.
EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Scope & Volume
The Nocturnist team is responsible for managing admissions and responding to urgent needs for an adult and geriatric patient population.
Patient Volume: Average of 10–12 admissions per night.
Patient Age: 18 years and older (Adult/Geriatric).
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in managing complex acute medical conditions in an inpatient setting.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
Experience: 1–2 years of inpatient experience preferred.
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand or willing to license (90-120 day window).
Certifications: Active ACLS (Required) and DEA.
Documentation: * NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.
7 years of work history or 10 previous assignments.
Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
