Description
Specialty: Occupational Therapist
Work Setting: Nursing Home
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Facility Type: County-owned skilled nursing facility / long-term care home
Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients
Clinical Environment: Rural healthcare setting serving northern New HampshireResponsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation interventions
Document care in EMR and maintain compliance with facility requirements
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team
Skills
Licensure: Active NH OT license
Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
Life Support Certifications: BLS
Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred
Experience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare environments is a plus.
