Rates: $325/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: July 1, 2026.
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts).
Hours Needed: Seeking coverage for 100–125 hours per month (~10 shifts).
Minimum Availability: Must provide at least 5 shifts (62.5 hours) per month to be considered.
Patient Volume: 1.7–2.0 patients per hour (Annual volume: 19,500).
Support: Mid-day APP coverage available; multiple on-site consult services.
EMR: Epic.

Clinical Scope & Procedures
As the solo physician overnight, you will be responsible for stabilizing and diagnosing a wide variety of acute injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a patient mix of 90% Adult and 10% Pediatric.
Provide critical care for Sepsis, Stroke, and STEMI patients.
Interpret own X-rays during the overnight hours.
Average of 5–6 admissions per night.
Required Procedures:
Resuscitation and pressor support.
Intubation and ventilation management.
Ultrasound-guided IV placement.
Cardiac pacing and defibrillation.
Laceration repairs.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified (ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience.
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) License or IMLC in hand (Required).
Certifications: Active ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and DEA (Required).
Credentialing: 90-day timeframe; temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean record and active PA license.
