• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p, night call and 24-hour weekend call
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Acute/chronic patient care, First Assist, rounding, pre-op physical exams, suture removal, and more
• Procedures: Vein harvesting required

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Certifications: AANP (NP Only), NCCPA (PA Only)
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required
