Clinical Scope & Patient Population
The APP will provide care across hospital, clinic, and telemedicine settings, supporting patients undergoing complex electrophysiological interventions.
Patient Age: 18–100 years (Adult/Geriatric).
Department Focus: Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
Clinical Duties: Rounding, post-operative assessments, and management of patients following:
Pacemaker and ICD implants (Traditional and Sub-Q).
Loop recorder implants/explants.
Ablations (AVN, SVT, Atrial Flutter).
Interventional procedures (R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty).

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified (NCCPA) — Required.
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State License in hand or willing to license (90-day window).
Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS (Required).
DEA: Required (must have or obtain a PA address for the DEA).
Documentation:
NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.
Full 7-year work history or 10 previous assignments.
Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
