<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: 4-Day Work Weeks | Monday - Friday No Evenings</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care</li> <li>Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: Base salary starts at $255,000 + incentive plan </li> <li>Benefits:

Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.

Openings in Putnam, Windham, and Plainfield (hybrid role: 3 days in person and 2 days virtual)</li>
