Location: Puyallup, Washington Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
Perform routine physicals, chronic disease management, and preventive care
Collaborate with clinical staff, specialists, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes
Utilize EMR for documentation and patient tracking Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Washington medical license
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
