Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
Respond to pediatric inpatient consults and coordinate care with subspecialists
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case reviews
Collaborate closely with nursing, emergency, and outpatient pediatric teams

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Inpatient pediatric experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach
