- 85% supervision model with 15% independent cases
- Spinals, blocks, and epidurals proficiency required
- No trauma or obstetrics cases
- Preop, PACU responsibilities with float coverage during day
- 45 minute to 1 hour call response time required
- CRNAs available for block procedures
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
