Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2521.00 - $2598.00
Travel PT Home Health jobs in Cecil County, MD start ASAP and offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour days and 5-6 visits per day, totaling 40 hours per week. You must have home health experience and an active Maryland PT license.
Your responsibilities include evaluating patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength, and educating patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs. You will document visits using Homecare Homebase EMR and receive mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile1.
