Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Hospital-employed OB/GYN role in an established group 
• Expansion position with immediate patient base (6-month backlog) 
• Join 3 physicians, adding a 4th provider to the team 
• Flexible scope across OB and GYN based on physician preference 
• Year 1: structured 5-day schedule; post-ramp: 3-4 clinic days/week 
• Dedicated surgical blocks every other Monday + select Tuesdays
