The physician will handle a wide range of primary care needs, including comprehensive chronic care management for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See mostly primary care cases full-time
• Ensure timely charting for all patient interactions

• Handle bread and butter primary care cases
• See patients of all ages
• Manage a variety of chronic care conditions, including hypertension and diabetes
