- Board-certified within 5 years of training required
- Child and adolescent fellowship training required
- IOP and PHP treatment programs
- TMS therapy available
- Average caseload of 40 patients
- One hour evaluations, 30-45 minute follow-ups
- Located in Greater Milwaukee Area
