Work Dates Needed: Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: 3-4 days a week, at least 3 weeks per month. M-F 8a-5p
Worksite Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Scope of Work: The clinic is seeing on treatment patients, new consults (inpatient and outpatient). 12 patients per shift.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, BLS
EMR: Cerner
