CRNA (Locum Tenens) - Per Diem

Location: Vincennes, IN

Start: Mar 30, 2026

End: Dec 31, 2026 (ongoing coverage)

Schedule: Day shifts 7:00a - 3:00p or 7:00a - 5:00p; call required (5:00p - 7:00a weekdays; 24 hrs weekends). Post-call day off for weekday call.

Position Overview

All Medical Personnel is seeking an experienced CRNA for per diem locum coverage in a hospital-based anesthesia setting. Providers must be comfortable taking call and working independently with MDs onsite (no direct supervision).

May 26 - 29 (x2)

June 1 - 5 (x3)

June 29 - July 3 (x3)

Case Mix / Clinical Requirements

General, Endo, Ortho & Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with anesthesia

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals: must be proficient (proof required)

Call: must be willing to take call

EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted IN RN license

NBCRNA certification

ACLS & PALS (AHA only - no exceptions)

Case logs: 250/year for each of the last 2 years (including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Must enroll in INPCF

Must be willing to take call

Credentialing / Onboarding

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61-90 days
