seeking a BC/BE physician to join our established advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support program. Applicants should be fellowship-trained in advanced heart failure.

About the position:

• Established team of advanced heart failure cardiologists, as well as a heart failure surgeon, pharmacist, social worker, and six APPs


• Destination LVAD center with cardiogenic shock program, established CardioMEMS center, pulmonary hypertension program and active heart failure clinical trials and registries


• Invasive procedures will include heart catheterization and CardioMEMS Academic affiliation with School of Medicine 


• Built-in referral network spanning our 29-county service area


• Group has 17 locations and 170+ providers


• Group includes an academic practice model and community practice model
