- FQHC with excellent reputation since 1979
- 20 - 23 patients per day
- Phone call only 2 weeks per year
- Outpatient practice treating ages 18 and up
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
- FQHC experience preferred

From $240000.00 to $300000.00 annual
