Float Pool (Critical) - Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center - Agency RN

Required Skills:
- Active Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license
- Current BLS certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with clinical technology and documentation tools
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a hospital float pool or diverse clinical settings
- Prior exposure to evidence-based practice and research integration
- Leadership abilities or prior mentorship experience
- Additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, or advanced life support trainings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, ideally in acute care settings
Other Requirements:
- Night shift availability; shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend and 2 major and 2 minor holidays
- Willingness to work in a variable, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all certification requirements
