Required Skills:


  • Valid RN license in the state of practice

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Orthopedics, Neuro, or Trauma settings

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

  • Strong proficiency with computers, software, and online tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills

  • Ability to delegate, instruct, and collaborate effectively within a team



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Orthopedic Nursing, Neuro Specialty, Trauma Nursing)

  • Experience with electronic health records and database management

  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting



Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to work a 12-hour shift from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM; schedule includes overnight hours

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory standards and hospital policies

  • Awareness of OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable healthcare regulations

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training

  • Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials



This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $54.31, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and an array of additional perks including paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.
