Required Skills:
- Valid and current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Proficiency in computer systems, electronic health records, and web applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively delegate and lead within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., SCIP, CCRN)
- Additional language skills or cultural competency experience
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and withstand the demands of a clinical environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Commitment to compliance with all safety, privacy, and confidentiality regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $54.31, with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit pay, full medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
