Requirements:- Valid and active Respiratory Therapy State license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' respiratory health, including lung function and oxygen levels.
- Create personalized respiratory care plans based on assessments and medical history.
- Administer treatments to improve lung function and relieve respiratory distress.
- Manage mechanical ventilators and adjust settings for patients with breathing difficulties.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and self-care.
- Respond to respiratory emergencies per established protocols.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of respiratory equipment.
- Document assessments and treatments accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Follow infection control and quality assurance standards in compliance with regulations.
