COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary: $750,000
• Time Off: 8–10+ weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Cardiac anesthesia administration
• General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), if certified
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification
• Experience: Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases
• Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, cardiac teams, and surgical departments
• Participate in case reviews, planning, and protocol development
• Maintain patient safety and procedural accuracy across varied settings
• Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
