• Patient Volume/Census: Varies across ORs, GI labs, OB department, and cath labs

• Case Mix: General anesthesia, GI procedures, OB, Cath Lab interventions

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Facility: 268
• Office Equipment Available: 11 surgical suites (including Hybrid OR), 6 outpatient suites, GI labs, OB department, Cath Labs
• Specialty Backup Available: Yes – 145 physicians representing 32 specialties
• Support Staff Available: CRNAs under anesthesiologist supervision
• Reason for Coverage: Expansion

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary: $650,000+
• Time Off: 8–10+ weeks

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience: Not specified; well-established group welcomes new or experienced candidates
• Other Qualifications:
   - Strong clinical and leadership skills
   - Collaborative and team-oriented work ethic

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Supervise CRNAs while maintaining the ability to manage personal cases
• Rotate through Main OR, Outpatient OR, GI Procedure Rooms, OB Department, and Cath Labs
• Ensure safe and effective anesthesia administration
• Contribute to a patient-first culture with a hometown approach to big-city healthcare
