Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient Primary Care and Urgent Care practice (ages 18+)
• Flexible Scheduling: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week
• Integrated, one-stop model including Primary Care, Urgent Care, on-site Labs, Radiology, Physical Therapy, and specialty services (GI, Rheumatology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, and more)
