Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $420000.00
Join a hospital-employed OB-GYN group just outside Chicago, IL, offering the ideal mix of autonomy, stability, and income potential. With four established providers, this collegial team delivers exceptional care in a supportive environment—without the burnout.
Highlights - 60% OB / 40% GYN – balanced schedule
- Two da Vinci® Robots + dedicated OR block time
- 550–750 deliveries per year across the group
- Epic EMR + full support staff (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs)
- Lots of provider autonomy within a collaborative group
Compensation & Perks - Base Salary: $400K–$420K
- Total Earnings: $600K+ with quality and productivity bonuses
- Sign-on Bonus: $50K + Residency Stipend available
