Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic.
Types of Cases: Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Health Connect
Certifications Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Board Certification is required.
