Opportunity located in Cedar Rapids, The City of Five Seasons, is an outpatient need with an established health system that’s committed to providing personalized, patient-centered care. We are seeking a family medicine physician that is looking for a vibrant community and a mission-minded practice.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Iowa and must be board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Medical degree required
