Critical access hospital in Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time position with leadership opportunities. This position will lead emergency & trauma for the medical center - 15% administrative; 85% clinical. Responsibilities would include evaluation and peer review of medical staff, assessing ER efficiency, and continuing quality improvement initiative. Hospital Employee . Annual Salary. State-of-the-art clinic and hospital is 136,000 square feet and includes 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms. Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $330,000 - $425,000. Qualifies as a HPSA site.
