The Physician is responsible for the medical care, treatment and education of patients within the scope of their specialty throughout their life cycles, for their hospitalization and referral if necessary; also, for establishing and maintaining minimum standards of care and for the supervision and education of all other providers in regard to direct patient care.

Requirements:
•  Must be a licensed physician in the state of Massachusetts
•  Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and/or Internal Medicine
•  Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority
