A highly selective Concierge Medicine opportunity is available in a premier, high-profile program located in the Washington, DC metro area. This role offers the ability to practice a fundamentally different model of primary care-focused on quality, access, and long-term patient relationships rather than volume. Physicians will join an elite, patient-centered program with a small panel size and significant time dedicated to each individual. The position is fully outpatient, with no traditional inpatient responsibilities, allowing for a more personalized and comprehensive approach to care. This is a relationship-driven practice designed for physicians who value clinical excellence, communication, and a high-touch patient experience. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Established concierge program with strong growth and patient demand 
• Concierge medicine model with panel size of approximately 350-400 patients 
• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient requirements 
• Monday-Friday schedule with business hours and flexible patient access 
• Very low daily volume with extended visit times (up to 90 minutes), usually seeing 3-5 patients per day 
• Emphasis on relationship-based, high-touch patient care 
• Shared coverage model with minimal nights and weekend demands 
• Patients have direct physician access via phone and virtual communication
