<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m | 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: Outpatient volume: 16 - 20 patients per day; Rounding volume: 10 – 15 patients per day</li> <li>Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation evenings and weekends</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: Competitive salary with a 2-year guarantee; bonus incentives</li> <li>Benefits:

Our cardiology group currently consists of four physicians, two advanced practice providers, and multiple RN’s and MA’s.
Biweekly schedule*
- 3 days in Chesterton / 2 days in Michigan City
- 3 days in LaPorte / 2 days in Michigan City
*Travel to outreach locations <30 minutes from main campus
