Required Skills:
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Valid state licensure and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in anesthesia administration and monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a surgical or hospital setting
- Knowledge of advanced anesthesia techniques and sedation methods
- Bilingual proficiency
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA
- Active licensure in the specific state of employment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel to various facility locations when necessary
- Up-to-date BLS and ACLS certifications
- Compliance with all company and healthcare industry standards and protocols
