• Full-time and part-time positions available
  
• Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine not required; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics are welcome to apply

• EPIC EMR
  
• Nursing home admissions and rounding
  
• Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
  
• Average patients/day: 10
  
• Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
