- Monday–Friday, 7a–5p | Optional call
- Brand new 45-bed LTAC facility — ground floor opportunity
- Scope: admissions, discharges, and daily rounds
- 1–2 physicians on staff
- Epic EMR
- BC/BE in PM&R required
- Texas license required | Local candidates preferred
