Seeking BE/BC Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons to join our academic, collaborative team in western West Virginia.
Highlights:
- Looking for 2 plastic and reconstructive surgeons to join academic, collaborative team
- Join cohesive group of 2 experienced plastic & reconstructive surgeons
- Great hybrid practice with the combined benefits of private and academic practice
- Mix of cosmetics, reconstructive with facial trauma, burns, pediatrics (if comfortable), and wound
- Balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days
- 5 da Vinci robots
- Block OR Schedule
- Well-established patient draw area, supported by numerous regional clinics
- Call shared with plastic surgeons
- Perioperative support provided by APP within the practice
- Level II trauma center
- Tremendous level of cooperation and support from plastic surgeon colleagues
- New graduates and experienced candidates alike are encouraged to apply
- Mentorship is readily available

- Strong compensation structure with guaranteed base salary in first year plus wRVU production incentive
