Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, IR, or related specialties
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to float between Cath, IR, and EP units as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Epic electronic health record systems
- Additional certifications in specialized procedures
- Experience in a nicotine-free facility environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 10-hour shift schedules, including weekends and holiday rotations
- On-call availability 1-2 times per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend
- Ability to attend comprehensive orientation sessions, including virtual and in-person training
- Willingness to float as necessary within specialty units
- Must meet all licensure, certification, and credentialing prerequisites prior to start
This full-time position offers an attractive hourly rate of $0.00 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay via direct deposit, competitive medical coverage, and robust referral incentives.
