Rates: $350/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Dates of Coverage: TBD throughout the year (typically in 2-week blocks).
Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Work-Life Balance: No call requirements.
Setting: Outpatient only (Level III Trauma Center affiliation).
Support Staff: 1 APP available on-site; the locum will be the solo Radiation Oncologist during the assignment.
EMR/Systems: EPIC (EMR) and Mosaiq (Radiation Treatment documentation).

Clinical Scope & Volume
The provider will manage the daily treatment vault and new consultations for an adult patient population.
Daily Volume: 18–30 outpatient treatments/consults per day.
Required Procedures:
External Beam Radiation: 3D-CRT, IGRT, and IMRT.
Conventional and 3D Radiotherapy.
Ordering tests/images and prescribing treatment plans.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified in Radiation Oncology (Required).
Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) Medical License in hand (Required).
Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (Required).
Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days of presentation) is mandatory at the time of submission.

Credentialing Information
Estimated Timeframe: 16 weeks.
Note: Due to the extended 4-month credentialing window, early submission is encouraged to capture dates later in the year.
