Permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician in Indiana
This busy, established practice currently includes three physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support.
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Provider to work 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours admin time
One evening per week required
Call Responsibilities: Provider will cover own call during evenings, weekends, & holidays
Strong mentorship opportunities and ability to collaborate with other physicians
Located near Wanatah,IN
