Job Description:

Plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.

Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals

Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals

Qualifications:

1+ years OT experience - Required

Must have strong peds experience - Required

Adult and pediatric experience - Required

BLA (AHA), CPR certification

Active state license

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
