Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages

Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters

Minimum of 18 patients seen per day

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Practice Setting

EMR System: Epic

Coverage Type: No Call

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Patients Per Shift: 18

Rounding: Not Applicable

Qualifications

Provider Type: Advanced Practice (Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant)

Board Certification: Certified

License Requirement: Licensed in CA only

BLS Certification: Required

DEA Certification: Active DEA needed before the start

Additional Requirements:
- APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting
- PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II

Practice Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Patient Population: Mix of pediatrics and adults

Decision Timeframe: Typically within 7-14 days
