Job Details:

Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - 2 FTE needs

Ideal Start Date: ASAP

Schedule:
- Either 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts per week (no call or weekends)
- 6-month contract

Call: NONE

Interview Process: Intro Call / On-site

Coverage Needed: 160 hours per month

Privileging Timeframe:
- 45 - 60 days with PA license
- 60 - 90 days without PA license

Department Description:

Busy Anesthesia department with a focus on total joint replacements and orthopedic procedures.

Cases include Urology, OB, GYN, E&T, Cardiovascular, spine procedures, ENDO cases, general cases, and podiatry cases.

All ages of care: Pediatrics (2 years old and up for elective procedures) and emergency pediatrics (10 years old and up).

Patient Volume:

Average of 500 cases per month

EMR:

EPIC

Technology in Use:

INVOS, Space Labs, Apollo machines

Special Procedures:

Spinals

Certifications Required:

CRNA, RN, ACLS, CPR, and PALS

Skills Preferred:

Anesthesia skills for various procedures, especially spinals

Minimum Experience Required:

2 years

Additional Requirements/Details to Screen for:

Must be personable and get along with the entire SSL.
