Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory!

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular catheterization lab
- Proficiency with Mac Lab systems and intra-aortic balloon pumps
- Hands-on experience with Impella devices, temporary pacemakers, and right heart catheterization
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and hemodynamics
- Current Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossover team environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar high-acuity setting
- Knowledge of other cardiac monitoring devices and procedures
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- State-licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years' experience in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, or related specialties
- Proven ability to handle complex cardiovascular cases and emergency situations
Other Requirements:
- No floating requirements; the schedule includes weekdays with no weekend, holiday, or on-call obligations
- Will attend orientation at KU NEO on the first Monday and Tuesday of employment from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Nicotine-free facility committed to health and safety protocols
- Ability to adhere to the facility's bi-weekly pay schedule and work 4x10-hour days (Monday-Friday), with days determined by staffing needs
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts with a minimum of two hours' notice for cancellations
- Salary: Competitive hourly pay rate — $0.00/hour (please note, actual pay will be provided during subsequent stages)
